* The ADMISSION FORM should be printed on WHITE A4 Size paper only.
It should be specially taken care that the print out of the Admission form is clear and readable.

POINTS TO BE REMEMBERED WHILE FILLING ADMISSION FORM :-

1. All the entries should tally with the documents submitted.
2. No CHANGES/ CORRECTIONS will be entertained after submission of the form.
3. Admission Form will not be accepted with incomplete documentation.
4. If the detail of guardian (other than Mother & Father) is mentioned then the form should be signed by the guardian as well.
5. As the details of the child is already registered with school, the change in Student’s name/ Parent’s name and Student’s date of birth will not be accepted under any circumstances. Therefore, kindly take utmost care while filling the Admission form.

The photocopies of the following documents along-with the original to be submitted to school office :-

1. Print of the online admission form (as per the instructions given).
2. Print of the receipt of online payment done. (re-admission fee of Rs.5000/-)
3. Birth certificate.
4. SSMID.
5. Aadhar Card
6. Previous marksheet ( K.G. II Report card)
7. One passport size photograph in K.G. uniform.
8. Caste certificate (if SC/ST/ OBC)

Steps to fill KG II -I admission form online

1. Logon to the school website
2. Go to Home page
3. Scroll down to reach school login
4. Launch school MIS
5. Select - Student
6. Type your username and password
7. Important links will open  - Click on admission form fill all the information correctly. submit it. n payment option will appear , make payment online.
8. Take the printout n get both father and mother's signature.
9. Submit the printout in the school office on 15th April, 2021 between 9am to 11am.
