In order to secure all that is best in the education of your children the maximum co-operation between parents and the school authorities is desired. We earnestly recommend that parents or guardians should see that their children prepare their lessons and take an active and genuine interest in the activities of the school. Children should be encouraged to cultivate the habits of neatness. Remarks made in the diary should be seen and signed regularly. Should you feel that your children do not make the desired progress, the Principal should be contacted. Private Tuitions are strongly discour­aged. If there is a real need of a private tutor, make sure after consultation with the Principal, that you engage one who is familiar with the methods adopted in this school.

No teacher of this school will be allowed to tutor either her own student or any other students of this school. You are requested to fill in the application form for the permission to take tuition in this diary. When communicating with principal, you are requested to mention in your letters the standard and division of the student. You are specially requested to notify the school of any change in your address or telephone number. If your child is absent through illness for long time, the principal must be informed within a week.

As your children advance in age, guide them to become resourceful and useful member of both home and country. Encourage self-help in work and study.They should be taught at home to keep the home tidy, polish their own shoes etc. The formation of such habits early in life inculcates in them

the idea of work as a fundamental personal virtue for a successful career in life. Withdrawal of your children from the class for mere Social Functions is not recommended because it retards their progress in school and minimizes their respect for regular hard work, with consequent failure to progress in studies. Should there by any infectious disease in your family, please report the fact to the Principal at once and do not send your child to class till the danger of infection has passed over.

Parents are not allowed to interview the teachers and the students in theirs respective class-rooms during school hours. Any such business may be transacted with the. principal. In case your child forgets to bring water bottle, tiffin, any book. Pen, Pencil etc. you are requested to bring it at the main entrance during recess only. No parents are allowed to take their children home, neither any teacher is allowed to send her student home without the prior permission of the principal. Even during exams, if your child is very sick, please do not send the child to school. In such case your child will not be allowed to go home early.

Criticism of the school and your children's teachers in their presence should be studiously avoided, because it causes them to lose their respect for teacher with consecutive failure to learn from the teacher. Should you have a legitimate complaint, see the principal early.

No office business will be transacted on holidays and after the office hours. You are also requested to read all the other rules prescribed for you children in this HAND - BOOK.
