ONLINE Registration forms for admission in Nursery class [Session 2021-2022] will be available from 15^th December 2020 to 31^st December 2020.

NOTICE

This year due to pandemic, Nursery registration forms will be available online only as per the dates advertised on the School website and in the local newspaper for the particular session. After the document verification, eligible candidates will be selected through lot system. After this, the final list will be put up on the School notice board.

* Points to be remembered while filling online registration   form

1. Online registration form should be filled carefully with correct information and should tally with the documents being submitted.
2. Desired age limit for Nursery admission is 3 to 3½ years on 31^st July 2021.
3. After filling up the form, No Changes /Correction will be accepted under any circumstances .Therefore, kindly update the documents as desired before being filled the Registration and admission form.
4. Submission of Online form and other documents in the School office - between 15^th December 2020 to 31^st December 2020 (Time :10 am to 2 pm).

Documents required to submit in the School office

1. Two copies of online form.
2. Latest passport size photograph of the candidate - 2 nos.
3. Copy of birth certificate issued from MUNICIPAL CORPORATION/GRAM PANCHAYAT (in English)
4. Caste Certificate {if applicable}
5.  Copy of Aadhar Card and SSSM ID

NOTE

Failing to submit the above mentioned documents on the given date, will be considered to cancellation of registration. Incomplete registration form and documents will not be accepted.
